The Palmer Township Hall is located in beautiful downtown Palmer on the corner of 42nd Street SE and 105th Ave. The hall is home to the Palmer Township office, the Clear Lake Fire Station #2, Sherburne County Sheriff's office and the Township Library. The main hall is used for township meetings and other community gatherings.. The town hall is available for rent and is equipped with a full kitchen, tables and chairs with a capacity of 100 people.

The Palmer Township Hall is available to rent for the residents of Palmer. A community event has precedence over any rental request. Due to increasing popularity we have adopted a rental policy on a first come/first serve basis. The office is open on Wednesday from 8:00am-4:00pm or a message can be left on the answering machine at 320-743-2100. You may also choose to contact us from the home page of this website which will automatically email your request. After your reservation has been approved by the township clerk, you may download the application form to the left and send it to the town hall with your payment and deposit. The cover letter, rental policy and event clean-up forms are for you to download and review prior to your event. Due to insurance purposes and safety concerns, when renting the hall please make sure children have adult supervision at all times. Palmer Township wishes you a safe event.
